Refunds on iOS/Apple

If you require a refund you'll need to visit and explain the issue to Apple. Unfortunately, we as developers do not have access to your Apple ID and therefore are unable to process refunds due to security reasons.

If you wish to restore a purchase within the app.  Please press the "Restore Purchases" button within the app.  Please note; to restore a purchase you must use the same Apple ID.

However, if you're unsure whether you need a refund, feel free to contact us and explain the issue that you're having. We've found that 9 times out of 10, we can resolve any problems you've encountered so that you can continue to enjoy the app!
