If you want to upload a Skin to Minecraft.net, just follow these simple step-by-step instructions.
First of all, where are you in the app?
1. Community Skin
If you're browsing a community skin, just follow these steps.
1.1. Press the Save Skin button.
1.2. Next press the Upload to Minecraft.net button. Please note: you can only upload skins to the PC/Mac version of Minecraft. The Pocket Edition of Minecraft does not support custom skins.
1.3. Take a peek at your skin, if it's okay - press "Confirm & Start Upload".
1.4. You will be redirected to a secure area of the Minecraft.net website. Enter your username and password, then press 'Sign in'. Note: your username may be an e-mail address if you have migrated to a Mojang account.
1.5. Finally, press "Change". Hooray, your skin has now been changed. You can return to our app at any time. Don't forget to restart your Minecraft game for your changes to take effect.
2. A skin I have made
Great, you've made an awesome skin and how you want to upload it to Minecraft.net so you can use it in-game. Follow these simple steps.
2.1. Press the 'Upload' button.
2.2. Select 'Upload to Minecraft.net'.
2.3. Check the preview and make sure this is the skin you want to upload. Then press 'Confirm & Start Upload'.
2.4. Enter your Minecraft.net username/password. Please note, your username may be an e-mail address if you have migrated to a Mojang account. Also, you can only upload skins for the PC/Mac version of Minecraft... Pocket Edition does not support custom skins! When you've finished, press 'Sign in'.
2.5. Finally, press 'Change'. Hooray, your skin is now live in-game! You'll need to restart your game for your changes to take effect.
